I really enjoyed the latest mlp episode.

Normally I despise A Christmas Carol episodes of anything cause its the exact same story every time just retold with the show’s chracracters. But the slight changes made it a bit more enjoyable. The change from greedy miser to “I think this holiday is an actual burdan upon society” and the change from just being an asshole to “I WILL MAGICALLY ERASE A HOLIDAY” really made it more interesting especially because of how much that changes the christmas future part.

 Its still roughly the same but I suppose the end being “you fucked the world” instead of “you died alone and no one misses you” is enough of a change to make me love it.

In today’s episode Luna learns to accept her shadow and gains the power of Persona.

I Liked This Griffon Dude

The show doesn’t normally give eyelashes like that to guys. At least we know exactly what place she represents.

So that was a cool episode an all but theres one thing that gets me.

The whole lesson is “yo don’t use your friends power for bullshit” but the stuff he did while actually abusing power only for his own gain affected nothing. The stuff the ruined everything was the stuff he did when he was actually still trying to be helpful (though poorly prioritizing). So it came across as a bit weird at the end when the stuff he was apologizing for isn’t even what fucked shit up.

but that’s just me.

The episode had only one joke that I thought was too much.

Asside from that I love being over top. And the fact that its so over the top makes the “pandering” work because everything is already weird that it doesn’t really make it any weirder. It was fun

I can see people who prefer to take the show more seriously and hate when they do extreme things disliking it, but for what I want out of it, this was perfect.

As Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Rarity battle a monster, the rest of Ponyville rushes to make it to a wedding on time.

Okay the premise is…adorable. Cranky and Matilda geting married? Massive dawwwwwww!

Now, don´t ruin it by having brony musicians ocs or making Lyra human jokes crap. Hey look there´s Steven Magnet all the waaay from season one, a meme that dided over four years ago, see what I mean with the staff being completly out of touch with what is happening?

I don’t get Steven Magnet being a meme. The only meme thing about him is his name,since we let google captions name him for us. Steven was a character they created, he’s from the second episode.

Its more of a callback than a meme. Like “hey remember this guy? He’s still alive”

If that mailpony survives he will become Equestria’s leading expert in chaotic dimensions.

Its nice they tried to make the castle more homey, but its still a really huge place for two people and their pet owl. I hope Twilight’s castle fills up with people over the season. Like an rpg where you keep recruiting more and more people into your base.

The manesix are now holy emissaries who take rpg missions from the powers that be. Complete with quest markers and quest completion signals.
