New Layer > Ink ALL SHITTY LOSING ALL ORIGINAL SKETCHY FEEL
Color Fill > Flatten
Colour pick fill > Pick more Saturated & Hue shifted version > Paint all over those perfectly fine looking black lines along the border of outline and color fill
Make Multiply or Overlay Layer > Draw with purple or red or whatever looks good and add in a bit of depth
