To be fair, double-A is not a common thing in English words and many autocorrect systems will automatically correct it to a single A.
ee and oo are common, but uu, ii, and aa are not. Except in Aardvark.
Even if you read the correct spelling unless your paying extra attention you’ll probably naturally gloss over the second A and never notice
