If I may add. As much as I LOVE female characters. I am not a fan of genderlocked classes. It can be frustrating when you want to be say the swordsman and you have to be a girl because you aren’t comfortable presenting yourself as something you’re not (and the same applies to people when they have to be a guy). Some MMOS do this and its frustrating for all sides.

DFO for example had all the classes gender locked originally (they’re sort of characters too at the same time as being classes). Their gunslinger was originally guy only, people were a lot happier when they made the female version of the gunslinger so they could still be the same class but with the gender they wanted. They also did this for the fighter and mage.

Though people being upset with this mostly applies to MMOs I have no idea what game this guy is talking about.
