I hope FF7 HD keeps the fixed camera angles. I think those camera angles are  a big part of what helps make the PS1 FF games look really good and have impact on locations without even having a cutscene in them.

That said I like fixed camera angles in general because they add a lot to presentation. I’m a heretic.

It’s a game with an audience primarily for children. Not just them, but also some of us not really into competitive gaming like For Glory in Smash or other things like that.

Don’t be the guys that do this.

I was on Team Bubblegum Pink that round, and that map, THAT’S WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE ENTIRE MATCH. That team absolutely cornered ours after making a bee-line for our base. We couldn’t even step off the spawn point because there was either a seeker bomb, an Areospray asshat, or a kraken/roller.

The picture above is from TURF WAR where the goal is to cover as much turf in your color as possible. Basically, the nice ‘for fun’ sort of thing, because killing is not the main goal. But these people crossed the line because by the last minute of the game, MY ENTIRE TEAM stopped playing. I was on skype at the time, and I just set down my controller and told my friend what had happened.

It shouldn’t be a surprise that my team ended with about 18% compared to 80 something percent.

But you want to know what happened after all that? Everyone from my team left that room. No one wanted to play against that team again, especially me. I just shut off my system.

I can’t say any of my team was someone that’s a kid, but what if it was? Well CONGRATS you asshole, you just showed someone that this game isn’t meant for them because you’re a glory hog.

The point of this IF YOUR GOAL IS TO BE A SPAWN CAMPER AND PREVENT ANOTHER TEAM FROM PLAYING, YOU SHOULDN’T BE PLAYING AT ALL OR RECONSIDER YOUR FUCKING MOTIVES. As a side note, don’t do this in ranked mode either, because that’s not even part of the damn point of splat zone.

The problem with Animal Crossing Amiibo Party isn’t that it needs amiibos (its called amiibo of course it needs amiibos), and its not that it isn’t an Animal Crosing WiiU, as an AC fan I can admit we do not need that.

The problem is that its too narrow for an amiibo based game. First off you need four of them to play a real game. After that you spent the game price plus 12 dollars per amiibo to just play an animal crossing mario party. When it would be cheaper to buy mario part! Thats just a terrible idea.

What an Amiibo game SHOULD be is a Nintendo Land 2:Amiibo Park (I’m not a title guy) That works of the same premise of nintendo land having different parks of minigames for different franchises. Using amiibos from different games will unlock the different minigames. That is a concept that has a wide of enough scope to work with all sorts amiibos instead of buying amiibos specifically for that game.

Honestly to enforce the production and sales of Amiibo Nintento should be making a mass Amiibo game that respawns to all sorts of amiibos like the games I mentioned do with their figures. The real reason I’m dissapointed in this is that its specifically animal crossing amiibo party when they should have just plain made amiibo party (though with something better than a mario party structure)

i don’t think a full animal crossing game is going to make it to the wii u since it’s only been two years since new leaf came out and they’re announcing the nintendo nx next year. if there is going to be an animal crossing wii u it’ll be like what city folk was to wild world but i doubt they’re going to do something like that again. these spinoffs are probably just products of development and meant to help keep the franchise visible for the next couple years or so

I agree. Animal crossing is designed to last before the next game. Its design also gains a lot more from being on DS than on console. Nothing would be gained from a wiiu version really. A New3DS animal crossing would honestly make more sense than a WiiU one from a game design perspective.

Imagine how many people would actualy like skylanders if it wasn’t based off of Spyro’s body?

This is in beta basically. Only Xbox Preview members can use it. They’re testing it. If you people actually paid attention, they said there’s going to be 100+ games available when the feature launches for everyone in October. They explicitly said this during the conference.

Never under estimate how much people willingly ignoring facts to desperately try to shit on something.
