This visual is really fucking confusing… It is way simpler than this.
I actually find the visual more appealing and comprehensive. I understand both ways but sometimes people are more visual learners . c;
Meanwhile while with competitive smash brothers
So I’m starting season 3 of LPS and jesus christ this show has a fuck ton of recurring characters for a cartoon that isn’t plot based.
there’s at least like 22 REGULAR (or at least semi regular) recurring characters. Plus a whole bunch of one episode pets that may or may not appear again, You don’t know if they will or not!

An odd, yet very beautiful variation of a Katar dagger with an European blade.

How do you hold this
It appears to have a handle but the picture is taken at an angle that makes it unclear.
Ok, so, I am giant nerd and when I got home tonight I thought it would be great to spend my evening mapping out CN original shows and their life spans from the past 20 years.
Honestly I was curious if there was any pattern in style and content but all I found out was Ed, Edd, and Eddy was a BAMF of a show that lived forever.
Anybody else notice how it went from an extremely different range of shows in theme, art style and writing to now rather samey stuff?
Im not saying the new ones are bad (far from it) but it feels like the secret of modern cartoons is to make them rounded with thin limbs who do normal everyday stuff and have normal conversations in a kinda “thats awesome” kinda way…Im looking at you regular show…I see what you have been doing…
I kinda see what you mean. As far as “rounded with thin limbs” I think that applies to almost every show in this list. Its just a really common cartoon thing, probably because thin sometimes noodly arms work well with animation and cartoony characters or something. Though that also depends at what point you consider the arms thin.
As far as the normal everyday stuff and the way characters talk. Yeah that’s definitely something just about everything from 2011 on has in common. From the few interviews I’ve heard and read from creators they seemed to all share a theme of the writer wanting to make characters that talked they way they talked, and did the kind of stuff they did (just y’know, more cartoon like)
I suppose its an attempt to make the characters to seem more real and relatable by having them talk in a way that’s so close to just how a group of friends would talk, and having them in enhanced versions of normal situations helps this. So far that seems to be really winning people over and actually succeed in being relatable.
Pepper is my favorite, but her head shape is really hard.
My first set of LPS sketches, I really like how my attempt at sugar sprinkles looks here. Its like something finally made that calm presence snap, and the sugar on her head starts melting all creepy like.
"Tiers don’t exist! Here’s my personal experience of beating people with a low tier character at some tournament no one has ever heard of before that TOTALLY proves tiers are bullshit"
It feels somewhat weird to be someone who’s not creeped out, shocked or offended by any porn, but to have a lot of friends who are.
Its like “Oooh something’ terrible!” and then “oh”
I’d love to actually see something shock or disgust me that wasn’t irl gore though. That sounds fun.
One of the reasons I’m more comfortable with attempting a male romantic relationship than a female one. I can tell when a guy is an adult.Girls? I can honestly not tell the difference between someone who is 22 and someone who’s 16 sometimes. Some young girls like way older than they are and some older girls look like teenagers.
I’m not good at this.
Its not like I can just go “Hey girl are you over 18?” I think, I dunno, I’m not good at the socialization thing either.
